At Home Care Services

 

General Care

At Home provides many services which include home cooked meals that accommodate special diets, blood pressure and weight monitoring, assistance with personal hygiene and grooming, dressing, bathing, and toileting, and dignified incontinence management.  We also care for residents with diabetes, chronic pain, and residents who are non-ambulatory.  We pride ourselves in always having a friendly, helpful, and approachable staff to provide the best of care for your loved ones.

 

Nursing Visits

At Home works closely with Doctors and Nurses to provide residents with the best possible care.  We provide transportation to doctor's appointments as needed and have a nurse that is on call 24-hours. 

 

Specialized Services

Dementia and memory care residents are welcome because all of our staff has had specialized training in those areas.  We value ongoing education, so we have a training program in place for our staff to gain those 12 hours of continuing education each year.  We also have occupational and physical therapists available to work with our residents as needed.
